From port, plant, dealer, or auction site, we will coordinate ordering the right equipment from the railroads, professional tie-down of your machines, and obtaining clearance approvals. From there your equipment is continually monitored until final delivery. For fall-off pieces or for loads that may not be conducive for rail, we can arrange shipment via one of our specialized trucking partners.

Professional tie-down of your machines.
Daily tracking reports on all loads and empties. Soon, we will be able to generate reports based on your unique identifier such as serial number – not just railcar number.
Rail-shipping department management.
Railcars. Through our parent company, we can supply customers’ rail equipment needs through sale or lease. We also have our own fleet of heavy-capacity flat cars for spot use.
Paperwork management. We produce the Bill of Ladings, file for clearance approvals, pay the freight bills, and deal with any communications with the railroads and truckers.

Points to Remember:
To prevent the spread of pests and pass customs, machinery for import or export must be free from dirt or plant debris. Also be aware that domestic restrictions may apply during pest outbreaks.

The United States EPA requires stickers to be affixed to imported machines to identify them as complying with environmental regulations. Non-complying machines will not be allowed under any circumstances.

For machinery purchased at auction, please furnish a lot number and buyer number. This allows us to more efficiently communicate and pick up the machine from the auctioneer.
